The Group Facilitator is responsible for conducting educational group sessions with our clients and supporting the mission of our organization.
Contract Part Time:
Saturday & Sunday Responsibilities/Qualifications:
1. Provide education, process and supportive groups within organization. 2. Provide support to our population in regard to substance abuse. 3. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws concerning execution of all tasks. 4. Responsible for documenting all group notes into the EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines set forth by governing and accreditation agency. 5. Develop appropriate group sessions in which are approved by management prior to sessions. 6. Address all cares and concerns related to the client to the medical and/or clinical team as needed. 7. Ensure that the safety of the client is always our priority. 8. Any other duties as instructed by management. 9. Acquire and maintain all CEU, CPR, trainings, etc. as required by DCF and JCAHO.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment required. Experience working residential, PHP, or IOP levels of care is strongly preferred.

$100.00 per hour
