As a Clinician, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents' daily routines and emotional well-being. You'll work closely with our team to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where residents can thrive. Candidate will possess Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Experience working with adults with mental illness identifying their abilities and interests to enhance their quality of life. Experience in the areas of resident care, mental health and group facilitation. Knowledge of major medical and psychiatric case management, common medications and side effects, crisis intervention techniques, residents' rights. Have a working knowledge of applicable Florida Statutes. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Obtain certification in CPR, AED, First Aid, required trainings within 90 days of employment. Ability to do a combination of stand, sit or walk during an 8-hour shift and able to lift up to 25 pounds. Completion of all pre-employment requirements to include a valid Florida driver's license with clean history, TB testing, Drug screen, ACHA Level II Background check ( https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ ), and favorable references/screenings. Shared on call and weekend coverage. Must have excellent customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively while contributing to a positive company culture. What we offer...
