Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and clinical evaluations using standardized tools and ICD coding (ICD-9, ICD-10) to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy. Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety during acute episodes of distress or risk of harm. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and treatment planning protocols. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care. Requirements Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field; licensure or certification as required by FL state law. Interns will be considered. (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, RCSWI, etc.) Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities; experience with co-occurring disorders is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral health interventions, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and trauma-focused therapies. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems for remote patient care delivery. Ability to perform mental health assessments using

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding standards; experience with CPT coding is a plus. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations effectively while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. Experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings; hospital experience is advantageous. Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses and treatments; familiarity with clinical research methodologies is beneficial.
