• Opportunities for professional growth and program development About the Role We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Approved Supervisor designation (LMHC-S) to provide therapy and clinical supervision in our Jacksonville, Florida clinic.

You'll work directly with clients while supporting pre-licensed therapists as they work toward full licensure. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other therapists, providing clinical guidance, and contributing to a collaborative team. What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Supervise pre-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure
• Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and feedback to supervisees
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, medical personnel, and community supports
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment
