- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain clinical documentation
- Support clients in the early stages of recovery within a structured treatment environment Compensation & Incentives
Unlicensed Clinicians:
$24.46/hr (plus applicable program-specific incentives, including community-based additives for eligible positions)Licensed Clinicians:
$66,000-$71,000+ annually (based on years licensed)Sign-On Bonuses:
$3,000-$5,000 available for select programs and locations- Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
