Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English (able to provide counseling in both languages) and possess a strong commitment to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. This role involves providing therapeutic services to clients, working collaboratively with other clinicians, and participating in ongoing professional development. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family services in both Spanish and English Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and medication management providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision as required Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health and integrate best practices into clinical work Requirements Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards This is a contractor (1099) position. Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
