Full-Time & Salaried/Exempt ~ Monday-Friday ~ Group hours (8:30am-11:30am) required for IOP Groups Monday, Wednesday and Friday ~ Flexible schedule on days where group hours are required ~ Total weekly hours not to exceed 40
Salary:
Starting at $70,000 ~ Ultimate Compensation based on experience, education, language skills and potential impact!

Job Summary:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a wide variety of support services that include thoughtful and modern approaches to transformative recovery. The unique structure allows Clients to maintain personal and professional schedules while receiving comprehensive treatment that works with real life. We are seeking a synergistic fit with a FL Licensed Clinician that thrives on helping others understand addiction patterns, developing self-awareness and understanding the relationship between co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively managing a case load and meeting productivity expectations.
  • Providing group, individual and family therapy.
  • Utilizing sharply-honed clinical skills to assess and plan for client treatment programs.
  • Occasionally assisting with other related Crossroads Continuum duties.
  • Clearly and consistently communicating the David Lawrence Center's Charter.
  • Providing a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related = Required
  • Active/Current FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Required
  • Multiple years of experience with co-occurring disorders = Preferred
  • Knowledge of treatment concepts for substance use disorders = Required
  • Passion for assisting individuals on their journeys towards life-changing wellness = Required
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of coworkers, clients and community agencies = Required
  • Exceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal) = Required
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
  • Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
  • Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting (General Information can be found HERE ), Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check =
Required Physical Requirements:
This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
