ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Mental Health Providers (LCSWs, LPHCs LMFTs, or equivalent) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Collier County Schools! Get ready to elevate your career in the school setting with guaranteed hours, weekday stability, and competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time. We partner with local public schools to offer the perfect balance of a smaller practice feel within a rewarding school schedule. Join a team that values professional freedom and is led by clinicians like you. Pay up to $70/hr W2 and 1099 options available No non-competes in our contracts!

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field Active or Provisional State Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT) Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required W2

Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and/or group counseling to students Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students' emotional and behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP, 504, MTSS, or other student support meetings while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support school-wide mental health initiatives Join a team that is run by clinicians for clinicians!
