What We're Looking For Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC); must have an active and unrestricted license in Florida 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred) Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Full medical, dental, and vision coverage 20 PTO days + 9 paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Malpractice coverage Continuing education support $1,800 per year toward mental health care $5,000 fertility care stipend Full administrative, licensing, and credentialing support
