What We're Looking For We want someone who is: Licensed as a PMHNP in the State of Florida Passionate about mental health and psychiatric care Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered Comfortable performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Reliable, organized, and responsive Comfortable providing telehealth services Interested in becoming part of a growing mental-health organization Willing to travel when needed if applicable What You'll Do As a PMHNP with Florida Counseling Network, you will: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions within your scope of practice Provide medication management Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments Educate patients and families regarding treatment options Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Help us continue improving the way mental-health services are delivered
