20 hours a week. Flexible with days and times. The Group Facilitator will provide clinical groups offered at the facility. This includes ensuring all groups meet the needs of the community the program serves and the facility's performance goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include effectively planning for, facilitating, and documenting clinical groups according to schedule. This includes but is not limited to: Facilitates multiple weekly clinical groups consisting of varied formats and topics based on program curriculum Creates a safe, respectful space for clients to share and feel heard Collaborates with Clinical Director and other professional staff to help maintain comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment. Utilization and implementation of evidence-based concepts and strategies during group facilitation to enhance clients' understanding of substance use disorders and recovery. Adheres clinical programing guidelines for staff and implements new treatment modalities as necessary Recognizes, responds to and assists in psychiatric crisis situations and provides the necessary interventions Completes all documentation within the designated timeframe and in the required format. Knowledge of company's policies and procedures, DCF and AHCA Rules and Regulations, and Joint Commission Standards Performs other duties assigned as assigned by

Clinical Director Qualifications:

Experience :

Minimum of one (1) year experience in psychiatric/mental health field.

Education :

Bachelor's degree of an accredited school prepared social work, or related mental health field; required ( Master's preferred ) License (Preferred, not required) : Appropriate State of Florida licensure/associate license

Additional Preferences :

A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

Additional Requirements:

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
