In this vital role, you will be able to give your clients a unique, tailor-fit therapy experience using an integrative mental health model for individuals, couples, adolescents, and young adults. You will use your therapy skills to provide expert mental health support to people who are navigating relationship issues, life changes, anxiety, grief, AHDH, personal or professional growth, and much more, empowering them to lead healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intakes of clients' mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapies such as Gottman Method for couples, EMDR, ACT, EFT, EFIT, and CBT. Provide individual, marital, couples, or family sessions focused on gaining tools to thrive, rather than just survive. Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and securely to document client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with teams across all locations to support therapeutic growth and continuity of care. Offer specialized counseling for PTSD, Marital Issues, Women's Issues, Men's Issues, C-PTSD, Relationship Trauma and Recovery, Anxiety and Panic, Job Burnout or Stress, and more. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, ethical mental health services. Skills Experience in mental health field either through related internship or post-graduate work. Proven ability to work effectively with individuals and couples. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) management for accurate documentation and reporting. Strong background in mental health education and psychological interventions. Interest in further education and skilled trainings to enhance development and application of learned interventions. Knowledge of assessment and diagnosis, as well as treatment planning, including some knowledge of psychopharmacology with relation to mental health.
