In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals with mental health challenges by providing therapeutic care and assistance. The clients' served range from children to elderly, in the capacity of individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. Group and individual supervision is provided, as well as qualified supervision for LCSW licensure if requested. Duties

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health status and needs.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals.
• Provide individual counseling and support for patients dealing with mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Monitor patient behavior and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities that promote emotional well-being. Experience
• Previous experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient assessment techniques is essential.
• A background in working with specific populations, including children is preferred. Education
• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
