Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Clinical Social Worker, and/or Registered Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to inform treatment planning. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy. Implement crisis intervention strategies to effectively manage urgent situations and ensure client safety. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems, including progress notes, medical records, and treatment summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and research initiatives related to mental health best practices. Provide specialized support for clients with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, addiction issues, or chronic pain conditions. Skills Experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proficiency in crisis management and crisis intervention protocols to ensure immediate safety and stabilization. Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Skilled in conducting mental health assessments and patient evaluations using evidence-based practices. Ability to work effectively via telehealth platforms while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with disabilities—including autism—and those with co-occurring disorders in outpatient or inpatient settings. Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health care and experience managing clinical documentation standards. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse populations including pediatrics and family units. $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
