We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern) Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset CPR and BFA Certification required.
