Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with expertise in trauma treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals affected by PTSD, complex trauma, and other trauma-related disorders. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve healing and growth. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to clients experiencing trauma-related concerns, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Utilize evidence-based trauma interventions such as EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, or CPT. Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Participate in case consultations, supervision (if needed), and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Active LMHC or LCSW license in Florida. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on trauma treatment. Training/certification in EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, CPT, or other trauma-informed therapies (preferred but not required). Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and identities. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
