Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Sheltered Cove Counseling Center. In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic support to individuals and families, helping them navigate their mental health challenges whilecontributing to our mission of promoting wellness and resilience. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs. Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess client conditions and develop treatment plans. Maintain accuratemedical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Provide support for chronic pain management as part of holistic treatment approaches. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling. Requirements Valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of practice. Experience in individual and group counseling settings is preferred. Strong diagnostic evaluation skills with the ability to create effective treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology and record-keeping practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
