MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Position Description:
Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability. Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position. Salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience .
Non-Licensed Therapist salary range:
$51,993 - $57,534 Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757 •Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience•What You Can Expect Consistent referral volume and established patient base Administrative and scheduling support Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and operational leadership Opportunities to build your preferred clinical focus areas Streamlined onboarding and credentialing support Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with care teams as needed Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates possessing a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field .

Experience working with youth and families. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
