Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as an Associate Professional Counselor, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling services to diverse populations. You will deliver holistic care through innovative therapy modalities, including telehealth options, ensuring accessible and effective treatment for all clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage urgent situations with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring client safety and stability. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, incorporating medical terminology and HIPAA compliance for secure recordkeeping. Facilitate specialized counseling services Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care, progress notes, medical records, and treatment outcomes. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed or associate-level Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in Georgia to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and couples therapy (primarily adults) using a Christian integrative approach. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in TherapyNotes EHR. Collaborate with our Clinical Director and other providers. Participate in occasional team consultations and professional development. Uphold ethical standards and practice with cultural humility. Qualifications Current Georgia APC license (or eligibility; we welcome APC candidates actively pursuing full LPC licensure). Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Experience or strong interest in faith-integrated counseling preferred. Passion for working with adults and couples, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.
