Description:

Holder is seeking a licensed LCSW or LPC to provide employee mental health services at a construction site in Lagrange, GA. The provider will support a workforce of 200-1000 employees over a 6-month period, offering education, counseling, and consultation .

Responsibilities:

Lead mental health education sessions during Tuesday all-hands meetings. Provide 1:1 counseling, group counseling, and consultation to employees. Maintain documentation in Theranest , including employee engagement rosters and medical notes . Comply with Holder's Crisis Management Plan for emergencies.

Schedule:

2 days/week: Tuesday & Thursday (first week: Monday & Tuesday)

Shift:

6:30 AM - 3:30 PM local time, with 1-hour lunch

Requirements:

LCSW or LPC license Experience in employee mental health or occupational counseling preferred Ability to travel to site and work on-site Must have laptop or tablet for documentation

Pay:

From $70.00 per hour
