Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join Still Waters Counseling & Assessments as an Independent Contractor. APC candidates will also be considered for the right person. We are a faith-based practice with a Christian integrative approach . We are looking for a clinician whose personal faith and clinical style align well with this foundation. We welcome and work with clients from all backgrounds. In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient therapy to adults and couples . As a contractor, you will have clinical autonomy while receiving steady referrals, administrative support, and a competitive tiered compensation split that increases with the number of clients seen.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and couples (marriage) therapy sessions Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy with seamless integration of faith and spiritual issues when clinically appropriate and desired by the client Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in TherapyNotes Manage a consistent full-time caseload
Requirements:
Active Georgia license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Professional Counselor (APC) Experience providing therapy to adults and/or couples (APC candidates should have strong prior clinical experience) Comfortable delivering both in-person and telehealth sessions Strong clinical documentation skills Clear personal alignment with a Christian faith-integrated approach to therapy Professional liability insurance (required) Ability to pass a background check
