We are seeking an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor (LAPC) who is passionate about client care and eager to learn and develop as a clinician. What You'll Do Provide client-centered counseling services in an outpatient setting. Complete Behavioral Health Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans . Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while also managing your own caseload. Use strong time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced schedule. Serve clients with empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity , including diverse populations. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling or a related field. 0-2 years of clinical experience (perfect for new and early-career clinicians). Active LAPC license in Georgia or LAPC-eligible (passing score on the NCE). Experience (or strong training) in developing Behavioral Health Assessments and Treatment Plans . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Genuine empathy, compassion, and professionalism with clients. Comfortable working with diverse populations . Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment , be a great team player , and also practice independently when needed. Strong time management and attention to detail .
