Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with medical teams. Offer crisis intervention and maintain licensure/certification requirements. Participate in team huddles, community outreach, and coordinate care with external agencies. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as play therapy for children and adolescents. Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications include a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, with active Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT). Additional skills include computer proficiency, organization, effective communication, and flexibility to work various modalities.
