Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinician LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LMFT to join our dynamic team. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Deliver individual and family counseling sessions incorporating evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute psychiatric episodes effectively and ensure client safety Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient within behavioral health or mental health clinics Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Prior experience conducting mental health assessments utilizing

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding standards; familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes Skilled in crisis management techniques and crisis intervention protocols to handle emergency situations effectively Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards Eligible applicants must have strong clinical skills, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and a desire to continue to learn and grow in the mental health field. We offer excellent compensation. Clinicians accrue paid time off after full-time status is achieved. We are seeking applicants who can add to and expand our therapeutic services, which include play therapy, trauma recovery, cognitive behavioral therapies, family therapy, and couples' therapy. Our team is highly collaborative. Clinical supervision is provided.

Pay:

$40.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
