What Makes Meraki Healthcare Different? At Meraki Healthcare, we strive to be more than trauma-informed. We are a trauma-responsive team. This means the principles we use to create safety, connection, empowerment, and growth for our clients are also reflected in how we work with one another. We are intentionally building a practice culture where clinicians feel supported, continue to grow professionally, and have opportunities to develop their individual strengths. We believe therapists do their best work when they have professional autonomy, meaningful connection with their team, and opportunities for continued learning and development. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a clinician who is compassionate, reliable, self-directed, and clinically thoughtful. The right person will value professional autonomy while also appreciating collaboration, consultation, and being part of a supportive clinical team. We welcome clinicians with a variety of clinical interests and encourage team members to develop areas of specialization and build caseloads that reflect their strengths. Experience or interest in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families is welcomed.
