Weekend Mental Health Professional Pilsen Wellness Center Chicago, IL Part-Time $20.19 per hour Site 2316 South Damen Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60608 Schedule Saturday - Sunday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to participate in the implementation of the individual's service plan, specifically designed to increase an individual's skills in independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and community integration. Responsibilities Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed Conducts ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Coordinate care with internal and external resources Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required Active Drivers License Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Community mental health experience preferred Cultural humility and the ability to build trust with diverse populations Strong documentation and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
