Embedded, Team-Based Care Be part of a well-integrated mental health program within a nursing home environment. You'll collaborate closely with nursing staff, social services, psychiatry, and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, whole-person care. Meaningful, Relationship-Based Work Provide individual and group services, assist with community placement goals, and build strong therapeutic relationships. This is hands-on, person-centered work where you'll see real progress over time. Grow as a Clinician—At Any Stage Recent graduates: Gain valuable, structured clinical experience with strong team support Experienced clinicians: Use your skills working with SMI populations while contributing to a stable, collaborative program You'll strengthen your clinical documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery skills in a setting that values both learning and expertise. What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Are passionate about recovery-oriented mental health care Have experience or interest working with serious mental illness (SMI) populations Value working in rural and underserved communities Are dependable, organized, and strong communicators Qualifications Mental Health Professional (MHP): Bachelor's degree in a human services field OR Non-related bachelor's degree + 2 years supervised mental health experience

Schedule:

Four 10-hour days per week Rotating weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits MHP (bachelor's degree): Starting hourly pay of $25.00 - $28.22, commensurate with experience. Benefits Designed for
