The Outpatient Mental Health Counselor serves as an integral member of the behavioral health team, delivering high quality evidence-based mental health services. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment planning, outpatient individual therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination to adults ages 16 and over. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and/or a license to practice counseling services in Illinois.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Driving record and auto insurance in accordance with agency policy
- Bilingual skills and availability for evening work a plus
