Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse client populations, including adults, and seniors. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, art therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and ensure ongoing progress monitoring. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, clinical ethical guidelines, and EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, and medical professionals, to optimize patient care. Engage in continuing education to enhance evidence-based practices and contribute to the advancement of mental health care. Attend any company meetings such as supervision or annual team meetings. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and behavior management. Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments utilizing ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Strong background working with diverse needs such as trauma, individuals who work in high pressured environments such as first responders, doctors, as well as couples. Familiarity with telehealth platforms for delivering remote therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards. Ability to document clinical notes thoroughly in EMR/EHR systems following clinical documentation standards. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse populations including gender issues counseling and faith-based (Christian) counseling if applicable.
