Job Description
Job Overview Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and therapy services to clients, focusing on patient care and well-being.Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or groups
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Utilize techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Therapy
- Implement Motivational Interviewing strategies
- Specialize in Christian Counseling if applicable
- Work with children, applying experience in child therapy
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment
- Understanding of behavioral health interventions
Requirements:
- Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure as a Therapist or Counselor

Pay:
$60,000.00- $70,000.
