Job Overview Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and therapy services to clients, focusing on patient care and well-being.
Duties:
  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or groups
  • Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Utilize techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Therapy
  • Implement Motivational Interviewing strategies
  • Specialize in Christian Counseling if applicable
  • Work with children, applying experience in child therapy
  • Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate care to patients
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment
  • Understanding of behavioral health interventions
Requirements:
  • Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensure as a Therapist or Counselor

Pay:
$60,000.00
