Balanced, LLC is seeking a Masters Level Mental Health Counselor for its location in Washington, Illinois. To apply for this position, you must be in the process of obtaining or have an active State of Illinois license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Completed your Master's degree at an accredited educational institution and looking to obtain your clinical licensure within the next 2-3 years. Balanced, LLC is seeking a future clinician who is passionate about helping patients and their families achieve emotional wellness through individual, couples, family and group therapy. The ideal candidate would be a post-graduate student looking to gain real world experience, while receiving weekly supervision. The candidate will receive This applicant must be able to work independently and be proficient with technology. Although this position will work into full-time employment, the candidate is expected to work four afternoons and evenings a week until 7pm. Clinical supervision is included as part of the position. This is a contracted position where the candidate will receive 50% of all income generated through services provided.
