JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARYOF POSITION
Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides hands on supervision and direction to subordinates in the delivery of evidence-based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess and develop person-centered care plan, using standardized assessments, client, family and referral source input and then monitoring the progress of the plan. Builds relationships in the community, including, but not limited to referral sources, criminal justice partners, DCS, medical providers, and/or other social services agencies. This includes being the Centerstone representative in the community served Provide clinical direction based person-centered plan, using evidenced based approaches. Creates supportive work environment for subordinates to be successful in their work with the clients. Conduct interviews to formulate dx and treatment plan, using standardized assessments Provide direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license. Recruit, train and supervise within the expectations of Centerstone's policies and procedures.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Basic computer literacy is required. Skilled in utilizing an electronic medical record.QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level Master's degree required. Years of Experience Clinical experience is required. This may be fulfilled through clinical practicums or internships completed as part of a master's degree program. Certification/LicensureLSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A
