Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with personal hygiene for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents.
• Attend to basic needs such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Aid with mobility both within the house and outside, including accompanying clients to doctor's appointments and walks.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal planning, and preparation.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them for successful outings.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and promptly report any unusual incidents.
• Offer support in essential daily living activities, including serving meals and other necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a clean background.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain insurance with reliable transportation every day.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Supportive, compassionate, and proud to provide high-quality care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and demonstrate eagerness to improve and learn new skills.
• Hoyer Lift experience is a plus (but not required).
