Help patients take their next step toward recovery at Crossroads. Crossroads is seeking a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) to join our inpatient substance use treatment team. In this role, you'll help patients build coping skills, navigate challenges, and establish a foundation for lasting recovery. You'll provide individual and group counseling while collaborating with medical, nursing, and behavioral health professionals to support each patient's treatment and transition to continuing care. What you'll do Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Help patients strengthen coping skills, identify relapse triggers, and work toward recovery goals. Provide family counseling and education when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with the treatment team to address substance use and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Assess safety concerns, provide crisis intervention within your professional scope, and coordinate with appropriate staff. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with ongoing treatment and recovery resources. Uphold patient confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards. What you'll bring

Required:

Active Indiana Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license in good standing. Master's or doctoral degree meeting Indiana LCAC educational requirements. Strong counseling, communication, and documentation skills. A compassionate, respectful approach to working with patients and families. Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team. Inpatient or residential substance use treatment experience preferred.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
