We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Position Purpose:

To provide direct clinical and consultation services, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Function:

Intake Interviewing Make appropriate referrals. Assessment Case Coordination Coordination of Services Crisis Intervention Obtain third party authorizations. Progress notes completed, Electronic Medical Record Clinical Documentation Billing documentation completed accurately. Risk Assessment Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Resource Documents Ethical/Legal Issues Computer Literacy Teamwork Communicates effectively. Works cooperatively with supervisor and others Provide input to supervisor to assist in program development. ​

Requirements:

MUST BE LICENSED

MA/MS/MSW, 1

year of experience, and a valid

LMFT, LCAC
