Hope Haven Psychological Resource is looking for a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, families, and groups Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Provide direct counseling and psychotherapy services in both English and a second language Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Engage with culturally and linguistically diverse populations to ensure equitable access to care

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish/French Creole preferred) Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities Cultural competency and experience working with diverse or underserved populations Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
