Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Group Therapist to join our team at Campus Muncie. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs, including mental health, behavioral issues, trauma, grief, addiction, and developmental disabilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and recreational therapy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of patient care across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and community settings Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR), including progress notes, treatment planning, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical records in compliance with clinical ethical guidelines Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols Engage in ongoing research and data collection to support evidence-based practice improvements and quality assurance initiatives Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and clinical documentation standards Skilled in conducting mental health assessments for diverse populations including children with autism or developmental disabilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with co-occurring disorders Expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management within inpatient or outpatient settings Experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD or trauma-related issues; familiarity with trauma-focused therapies is preferred Ability to provide child & family counseling along with youth therapy; experience working with special education needs is a plus Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms and delivering services via telehealth experience is highly desirable Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and compliance in all documentation and communication Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to build rapport quickly within group settings Background in research or clinical research related to behavioral health or mental health counseling is advantageous Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming lives through innovative therapeutic practices. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
