We are seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at New Castle Correctional Facility in New Castle, Indiana . The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II (CADAC

II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW

) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
