Licensed Mental Health Therapist West Central Indiana Full-Time | Excellent Compensation 70-90k Join a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families throughout West Central Indiana. We are expanding our outpatient clinical team and are looking for a caring, motivated mental health professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. What we offer

Current Indiana license
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
Previous outpatient behavioral health experience is preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
