Job Description
Restore Life Behavioral Health is accepting applications for license-eligible mental health clinicians. The position available is a full-time position. This full-time position would be Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is responsible for individual, couple, family, and group therapy. The position will also provide services to patients of various backgrounds and demographics. Responsibilities and Duties Clinicians are expected to: Show moderate to an advanced level of expertise in diagnostic assessments, Facilitation of therapeutic groups as applicable. Documentation of individual sessions, therapy groups, family sessions, and related activities (Immediately, no later than 24 hours of service), Attends weekly staff meetings and monthly trainings, Establish a quality relationship with their patients, Assist interns and provide shadowing opportunities at times, Working some evenings and weekends will be required. Hired Clinicians will be subjected to a background check and drug screen. Qualifications and Skills Time Management skills and working within a private practice setting Organizational skills Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft, Excel, Google Docs, etc.) Effective oral and written communication skills Knowledge of Ethics and Professional standards Excellent Interpersonal skills and boundaries Knowledge of evidence-based practices Database management and record-keeping Knowledge of HIPPA, confidentiality, and privacy practices Solution-based thinker and problem solver Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills This position requires at least a Master's Level or higher degree in the fields of psychology, counseling, social work. License-eligible clinicians are welcomed.
