Flexible, approximately 8-20 hours per week Job Description Kiyla Mental Clinic LLC is seeking a Kentucky-licensed Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This position will serve as both an LCADC clinician and Clinical Services Supervisor for our outpatient substance use disorder services. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working in a small, team-oriented practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with substance use disorder assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual counseling, clinical documentation, and clinical supervision. Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinical Services Supervisor for outpatient alcohol and other drug treatment services
• Provide clinical oversight of substance use disorder treatment services
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and substance use disorder assessments
• Complete ASAM assessments and level-of-care recommendations
• Diagnose substance use disorders within the LCADC scope of practice
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual substance use disorder counseling
• Facilitate group counseling when applicable
• Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, discharge summaries, and other required documentation
• Provide and document clinical supervision of applicable clinical staff
• Review clinical records for quality, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate care with the clinic's PMHNP and other healthcare and behavioral health providers
• Assist with referrals, discharge planning, and continuing-care planning
• Maintain compliance with

HIPAA, 42 CFR

Part 2, and applicable Kentucky requirements

• Assist with maintaining applicable Kentucky

• Participate in quality improvement and clinical policy development as needed Required Qualifications
• Current and unrestricted Kentucky LCADC license
• License must remain active and in good standing throughout employment
• Education, training, and experience necessary to practice independently within the LCADC scope of practice
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, DSM diagnostic criteria, treatment planning, relapse prevention, and recovery-oriented care
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria and appropriate level-of-care placement
• Ability to provide and document clinical supervision in accordance with applicable Kentucky requirements
• Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements related to substance use disorder treatment
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a psychiatric APRN/PMHNP and administrative staff Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is preferred:
• AODE, BHSO, outpatient SUD, MAT, or similar behavioral health programs
• Clinical Services Supervisor role
• Medication treatment for opioid use disorder, including buprenorphine
• Co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
• Kentucky Medicaid behavioral health documentation
• Electronic health records
• Audits, chart reviews, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance Schedule This is a part-time position of approximately 8-20 hours per week , depending on patient volume and program needs.

Our goal is to provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized treatment for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Our practice currently provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and treatment for opioid use disorder and is expanding our outpatient substance use disorder services.
