Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our in person residential team. The ideal candidate will provide addiction treatment and mental health counseling and support to individuals. The Therapist will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth. Duties Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other professionals and community resources. Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong skills in case management, patient care, and data collection are essential. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality mental health services with empathy and professionalism. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
