Job Overview Gratitude Adjustment Integrated Care is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) to join our team! What We're Looking For We are seeking an in-person LPCA who is compassionate, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. The position includes providing group therapy, individual therapy and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to support clients with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals. Provide evidence-based therapy approaches including trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, and child & youth therapy. Engage in ongoing client communication to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) / Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Deliver behavioral health services that adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients. Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages client engagement and recovery. Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices. Experience conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans. Proficiency in clinical documentation within EMR/EHR systems. Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration with team members. Ability to provide trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, and child & youth therapy as needed. Compassionate approach with a commitment to client-centered care.
