The ideal candidate will bring extensive clinical experience and a mastery of evidence-based interventions to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. In this role, you will manage clinical caseload and utilize brief therapeutic modalities to drive positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evidence-Based Therapy:
Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family psychotherapy utilizing proven, evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing).
Comprehensive Assessments:
Conduct advanced diagnostic evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and intake screenings to determine precise client needs and diagnoses.
Treatment Planning:
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to diverse populations (youth and adults).
Group Facilitation:
Lead dynamic group therapy sessions focusing on psychoeducation, behavioral health, and/or addiction counseling.
Crisis & Behavior Management:
Utilize advanced crisis intervention and behavior management strategies to support clients safely and effectively during acute episodes.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Partner seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain meticulous documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical necessity guidelines.
Modern Care Delivery:
Seamlessly utilize in-person modalities to meet clients where they are.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is strictly required.
Seasoned Experience:
Minimum of 1-3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling across inpatient, outpatient, or community clinic environments.
Clinical Expertise:
Demonstrated expertise and advanced training in evidence-based interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing).
Diverse Populations:
Proven track record of effectively treating a diverse caseload, including experience spanning both youth and adult populations.
Administrative & Tech Skills:
Strong familiarity with medical terminology, clinical documentation practices, and Google suites.
Interpersonal Excellence:
