Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Full-Time We are seeking a talented Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of clinical experience, a mastery of evidence-based interventions, and mental health assessment to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, and groups. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality individual, and group psychotherapy utilizing proven, evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Clinical Assessment Instruments). Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and intake screenings to determine precise client needs and diagnoses. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to youth and adult populations. Lead group therapy sessions focusing on psychoeducation, and behavioral modification. Partner with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic patient care. Maintain documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical necessity guidelines. Seamlessly utilize in-person modalities to meet clients where they are. Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted state licensure as an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is strictly required. Post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling across inpatient, outpatient, or community clinic environments. Demonstrated expertise and advanced training in evidence-based interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Psychometrics, Motivational Interviewing). Proven track record of effectively treating a diverse caseload, including experience spanning both youth and adult populations. Strong familiarity with clinical terminology, clinical documentation practices, and Google suites. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapid rapport with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
