Sign-On Bonus Payout:
25% paid initially, with the remaining 75% paid in equal quarterly installments over the following three quarters. What You'll Do As a Clinician, you'll play a critical role in both direct care and treatment planning.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations , including psychosocial histories and risk assessments Provide individual, group, and family therapy , including offense-specific treatment when appropriate Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress Utilize cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions , including relapse prevention strategies Identify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports Collaborate closely with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations Communicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as needed Support development of aftercare and discharge planning Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, residential treatment setting Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills This role includes one scheduled evening per week (7-9 PM) to support treatment services or staff consultation. Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or license eligible for mental health counseling or clinical social worker. Active Driver's license issued from the state of your current residence.
