Job Description

Eliot Community Human Services seeks a Residential Clinician to provide trauma-informed behavioral health services in community-based programs. The clinician will deliver individual and group therapy, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis intervention for residents with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include clinical documentation, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, family and community partner coordination, and participation in case conferences and supervision. This role supports client recovery, skill-building, and transition planning while promoting dignity, empowerment, and cultural responsiveness in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.
