Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and support treatment planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure client needs are met. Assist with program development, maintain accurate records, and adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards. Coordinate referrals to external agencies and facilitate crisis interventions when necessary.
