Job Description

This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. St. Ann's Home & School, in Methuen, MA, is a leader in special education and residential programming, offering private day programs, child and adolescent residential services, along with a broad range of outpatient services. We are seeking a Master s level clinician to provide individual and family therapy through St. Ann s Community Outreach Services. Qualified candidates must be licensed or license-eligible, in either mental health counseling or social work. Outpatient therapists provide individual and family therapy to youth and families throughout the Merrimack Valley. Therapy services are provided in schools, homes, office-based, or via telehealth. Candidates for this position will have a solid foundation of clinical theory and the ability to adapt their approach based on a client s individual needs. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining a caseload of individual clients and providing family therapy/consults, collaborating with other providers and systems, maintaining client documentation, and other case management responsibilities. Ability and willingness to provide services in the community is required. Bi-lingual capability is a plus for this position, but not required. Individual supervision is provided weekly with licensed clinicians. Therapists must be able to sit for long periods of time, drive a motor vehicle, write extensively, use the telephone for extended periods of time, climb stairs, lift and carry 11-20 lbs. Job requires frequent travel and visits to clients' homes and schools. There is extensive contact with other agencies, parents, courts, physicians, etc., via telephone and in person.
