Work Schedule Options:
5Day Work Week:
Monday- Friday 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM
- 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM
- 8:00 PM with one "late day" per week required.
Day Work Week:
Tuesday- Friday 9:00 AM
- 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM
- 8:00 PM Both schedule options include a rotating weekend on-call with a separate compensation structure.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in a clinical discipline such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, and/or Psychology; PhD in APA approved psychology programs also meet qualifications. Masters level candidates must currently have, or be eligible for a LMHC orLCSW/LICSW
in Massachusetts. Licensed candidates are preferred. Upon attainment of independent licensure, Clinicians receive a $5000 raise. Candidates must have experience working with adolescents and their families, knowledge in crisis stabilization and management, and base knowledge of CBT and DBT. Ability to work some nights and weekends as required. Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.
